Our story
It didn’t start with a luxury listing. Honestly… it started with a gated, aging public pool.
During the pandemic we watched it come down — and then saw the plans for what would replace it. That’s when it clicked: every property has two versions, what it is now, and what it could become. Not from a business plan, but from a shift in perspective, Expose This House became not just photography — but storytelling.

We take the hassle out of scheduling appointments, wasted time and effort, and unwanted visitors. Our state-of-the-art productions are customized, thorough, and rewatchable from any mobile device so that your clients will be able to see their new home even when you're not there.

We are a team of experienced photographers and consultants who are passionate about helping real estate agents and homeowners sell their properties faster with high-quality photos. Our team is comprised of native locals and transplants from different parts of the world.

We specialize in real estate photography, capturing the beauty and character of all kinds of homes, buildings, and structures — including aerial photography, photo-realism, 360 photos, and walkthrough videos shot in 4K.

Frederick Artis
Frederick Artis is a native of the St. Louis region and has worked in various industries in the Consultative Project Management space over the last 2 decades. He has facilitated coordinating relationships within the lending and real estate industries — while keeping his creative finger on the pulse of St. Louis, architecture, and its well-defined, yet invisible, boundaries north and south of Delmar.
His latest project is dedicated to the creative side of acquisition, development, and real estate sales process, and their effects on redlining in and around the St. Louis region. He has recently curated a team of strategists with Expose This House — designed to better showcase the brightest stories of "the Delmar-Divide" through photography and photo-realism.
