Frederick Artis is a native of the St. Louis region and has worked in various industries in the Consultative Project Management space over the last 2 decades. He has facilitated coordinating relationships within the lending and real estate industries - while keeping his creative finger on the pulse of St. Louis, architecture, and its well-defined, yet invisible, boundaries north and south of Delmar.

Frederick is currently developing a consortium of economic partners and is assisting each of them in restructuring their business portfolios. Over the years, He has developed a perceptive view of urban real estate through his years of work in the lending industry before and after the nation’s most-recent housing crash.

His latest project is dedicated to the creative side of acquisition, development, and real estate sales process, and their effects on redlining in and around the St. Louis region. He has recently curated a team of strategists with Expose This House - a real estate marketing start-up, designed to better showcase the brightest stories of "the Delmar-Divide" through photography and photo-realism.
