Renters who are searching, are serious about renting. Based on recent surveys, of consumers who submitted leads but have not made a final decision, only 10% have decided to pause or stop their search.

1. The desire or need to move is still prominent.
2. The majority of shoppers (66%) want to move within the next 60 days.
3. 49% of renters say a pre-recorded video tour is an acceptable replacement for an in-person tour.
4. 30% of people say that access to responsive and friendly customer service is what they need to make their search easier.
